Dear Exchange Lofts Homeowners,
The 2023 Annual Homeowners Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 6:30 PM via Zoom Video Conference. Homeowners may choose to join the meeting via video conference (from a computer, tablet, or smartphone) or via phone (audio only). The primary order of business of this meeting will be to elect Board members and to review the HOA’s financial position and budget. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.
Two (2) positions on the Board (currently held by Ed Nottingham & Tracy Gentry) are open for nomination. If you know of a homeowner who is qualified and willing to serve, you may nominate that individual by emailing ExchangeLoftsNashville@gmail.com. (NOTE: The current Board members are eligible for re-election). The nomination deadline is February 6, 2023.
If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to proxy another homeowner to represent you at the meeting, please complete and return the enclosed proxy form.
