Dear Exchange Lofts Homeowners & Residents,
The annual fire safety inspection is scheduled to occur April 7, 2022. The inspection team will be onsite from approximately 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on this day.
The inspection team needs to enter every condominium to visually inspect all fire alarms and sprinklers. The visual inspection of each condominium’s fire alarm and sprinkler system will take approximately five (5) minutes. If someone will not be at your condominium on April 7, 2022 between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM to grant access, please email ExchangeLoftsNashville@gmail.com with access instructions for your condominium (key under the doormat, code to electronic lock, etc.) prior to the inspection. Homeowners that are not present for the inspection or do not provide access instructions prior to the inspection will be held financially responsible for the cost of a make-up inspection.
Testing of the common area alarms will also take place throughout the day, so please anticipate the brief sounding of the alarm.
While the Association realizes that this may cause an inconvenience, completing the inspection is of the utmost importance.
If you are an investor-owner or if someone other than yourself occupies your condominium, please make them aware of this inspection.
